This product represents the non-refundable deposit required to reserve your place on the Quest for the Lost Labyrinth expedition with Anyextee. The deposit secures your place and confirms your participation in the expedition. This is not full payment for the tour.

Payment Schedule

  • Deposit (Paid at Booking): $1,200 USD — Non-Refundable
  • April 30, 2026: Payment equal to 50% of the total tour price due. Calculated on the full tour cost, including any add-ons or upgrades. The initial deposit is not applied as a credit toward this installment.
  • June 30, 2026: Remaining balance due in full. Calculated as the total tour price minus the initial deposit.
  • Late Fee: A 3% fee applies only to the overdue amount for any payment not received by its due date.

Important Notes

  • The initial deposit secures your place on the tour and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The deposit is not applied toward the April 30, 2026 installment.
  • The deposit is applied as a credit toward the final balance due on June 30, 2026.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to high preparation, permitting, and access costs:
  • All cancellations incur a $1,200 USD per person fee (equal to the tour deposit).
  • Cancellations made 45 days or less before tour start are non-refundable.
  • All add-ons (optional activities, hotel nights, private room supplements, and upgrades) are non-refundable.
