Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to high preparation, permitting, and access costs:

• All cancellations incur a $1,895 USD per person fee (equal to the tour deposit).

• Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to the first day of the official itinerary are non-refundable.

• All add-ons (optional activities, additional hotel nights, single-room supplements, and upgrades) are non-refundable.
