Lost Cities of the Maya: Chichen Itza Equinox Tour.

This product represents the non-refundable deposit required to reserve your place on the Lost Cities of the Maya: Chichen Itza Equinox Expedition featuring Anyextee.

The deposit secures your place and confirms your participation.
This is not full payment for the tour.

Payment Schedule

  • Deposit (paid at booking): $1,600 USD (non-refundable)

  • Nov 30, 2026:
    A payment equal to 50% of the total tour price is due.
    This payment is calculated on the full tour cost, including any add-ons or upgrades, and does not apply the initial deposit as a credit.

  • Jan 31, 2027:
    Remaining balance due in full, calculated as the total tour price minus the initial deposit.

  • Late fee:
    3% of the overdue amount only, applied to any payment not received by its due date.

Important

  • The initial deposit secures your place on the tour and is not applied toward the Nov 30th installment.
    The deposit is applied as a credit toward the final balance due on Jan 31st

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Payment Options

All payments must be made in USD using one of the following methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card, Stripe, Paypal
    Accepted via our secure online checkout. Please note that processing fees (up to 5%) may apply and are included in your total at checkout.
  • Bank Wire Transfer (USD)
    Available upon request. Instructions will be provided after booking.
    Clients are responsible for any outgoing wire fees.
  • Payment Plans
    The deposit and scheduled payments must be completed by their respective due dates to maintain your reservation.

Important Notes:

  • Your space on the expedition is only confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received.
  • Failure to complete payments by the stated deadlines may result in forfeiture of your spot.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
