The deposit secures your place and confirms your participation.

April 30, 2026:
50% of the total tour price is due.
This payment is calculated on the full tour cost, including any add-ons or upgrades, and does not apply the initial deposit as a credit.
June 30, 2026:
Remaining balance due in full, calculated as the total tour price minus the initial deposit.
Late fee:
3% of the overdue amount only, applied to any payment not received by its due date.
The initial deposit secures your place on the tour and is not applied toward the April 30 installment.
The deposit is applied as a credit toward the final balance due on June 20, 2026.
